30-Day Window
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.
Exchanges
Want a different scent? We're happy to exchange unopened products within 30 days.
Return Policy Details
Eligible Items
Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Due to the nature of wax melts and scented products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless they arrived defective or damaged.
How to Start a Return
Email us at khendricks@compgoddess.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
